Handmade cushion using 1930's American hand-embroidery. Very typical of it's time the design was painted onto buff coloured cotton fabric and then edged with embroidery. It shows yellow and mauve pansy flowers with stylised green foliage. The piece is backed with vintage yellow linen and finished with a green bullion fringe. The cover has an envelope opening for easy removal, is hand washable and comes complete with a quality feather pad. This is an unrepeatable cushion. Size: 46x46cms/18x18ins
